It has now 205 employees in total including 65 of administrators and engineers. The company, an economic entity of research and develop, manufacture and sale. It works closely with Shanghai Household Appliances Research Institute, Environmental and Energy Science Research Institute from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai Technology Control Bureau and Technological Information Research Institute. Which has 10-year skills in manufacturing evaporators for refrigerators and freezers, is now major manufacturing AL-AL assembled Roll-Bond evaporators, Coil-Fins evaporators and Copper-Aluminum joined tubes mainly used for cooling systems. The company now owns complete sets of advanced evaporator manufacturing and testing equipments.

By strict working style and excellent service Xindong has attracted lots of customers. Its annual evaporator productivity is 2 million sets per shift, and it is increased by 35% per year within the past eight years. Say the local famous refrigerator manufactures Qindao Haier, Aukema, Kily, Zhanuxi, as well as Electrolux, LG. In addition, we has also exported evaparators to Europe, Indonesia and America.
